Templates for Joomla! 5.x • Email Template New User

I created a user custom field. I would like to include it in the user email but can not find the name of the field to use.
Below is an example of what I am trying to do.

Hello administrator,

A new user has registered at { SITENAME }.
The user has verified their email address and requests that you approve their account.
This email has their details:

Name : { NAME }
email: { EMAIL }
Username: { USERNAME }
Custom Field Here: { where to find this field name? }

You can activate the user by selecting the link below:
{ ACTIVATE }

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
