Hello,FWIW, I tried the colour generator and uploaded user.css to media/templates/site/cassiopeia/css, it worked of sorts in as much as it changed thing but in no way the same as the colour scheme generated.
Thank you for your answer and trying the colour generator. I was aware of this issue and changed the hexes of the colours in the code. The problem was that I didn't clean the cache. Now it is working.
