Migrating and Upgrading to Joomla! 4.x • Re: Upgrade Joomla 3.9 to 4.4 error message jerror Refresh Manifest Cache failed: PLG_SYSTEM_ACTIONLOGS Extension is not

Thank you AMurray, I've double-checked by looking in Users/ as specified by the articles you sent, and in my live 3.9 site there are no user action logs (see enclosed). They are indeed there in a dummy 4.4 MAMP site that I've used for honing my skills for the upgrade. Mine is a single-user (me) site, so am I right in assuming this is not a crucial feature of Joomla for me? Is it possible that a Freelancer could have deleted this feature after doing some work for me 4 years ago? I have a possibly related odd problem that came up that all my articles have turned out to have been "created" by a non-existent user 234—who must have been this Freelancer user who I subsequently deleted.

So again, if installing Joomla 4.4 once did not restore this actionlogs plugin, is it certain that a second installation will do so? Many thanks for your help!
