General Questions/New to Joomla! 4.x • Getting error messages when trying to install template

Hi
I'm trying to drag & drop a template via drag & drop and getting the 2 error messages:
JInstaller: :Install: Can't find XML setup file.
danger: Unable to detect manifest file.

Any idea?
