Administration Joomla! 5.x • Registration new user confirmation mails, where to assign?

Hello,

No email will be sent to the registering member that his/her account has been created and will be activated.
No email will be sent to us (board) when a new account has been registered on the website.
After activation of the registered account, no email will be sent to the member to indicate that it can be used.

Where in Joomla 5 I can assign this?
